Karl Strauss Brewing Company
http://www.karlstrauss.com/
In 1992, Karl Strauss Brewing Company bought an old greenhouse on Santa Fe Street in Pacific Beach (which is our main brewery today). We continue to grow but we still brew our beer fresh every day and we still drive it ourselves to over 2,500 bars and restaurants throughout Southern California. We brew a core lineup of seven delicious beers and a host of specialty beers - all brewed with the same commitment, expertise, and passion as when we first opened our doors back in '89. |

Klaster Brewery
http://www.klaster.com
Klaster (Monastery) is traditional Czech lager beer brewed since 1570.
The beer’s unique characteristics come from fermenting and aging in caves dug in the rocks 60 feet beneath the brewery.
The traditional production process has been preserved. Klaster beer is brewed in strict compliance with the original 16th century recipes using top ingredients - finest barley malt, world famous Saaz hops, Pilsner style yeasts and pure deep-well water.
Strong adherence to the medieval brewing recipes together with unparallel fermenting and maturing process makes this award winning beer one of the best traditionally brewed beers in the world. |

Treble
http://treblezine.com
Treble began in fall 2003 as a way of presenting a fresh and intelligent
set of viewpoints on music. Though it started out as a casual group of
friends posting thoughts on some of their favorite records, it evolved into
a professional, legitimate webzine very shortly thereafter, and since then
is updated daily with timely music news and reviews. Though our staff and
readership have grown significantly, the concept behind Treble remains
unchanged: to provide thoughtful discourse on music, representing music as
both a personal and universal experience.
Though we make no claims to be the utmost authority on what someone should
or shouldn't listen to, we do give honest, descriptive reviews while
attempting to do so creatively. We try to cover a wide spectrum of music,
ranging from electronic to punk to metal to hip-hop, and not all of us may
be as well-versed, individually, in certain genres as we are in others. But
the beauty of Treble is that it doesn't represent one viewpoint-it's a
collective of many different people, with different opinions and ideas. And
as music fans, we're always keeping our ears open for what sounds new and
exciting, no matter the style. |
