Unlikely lovers, funerals, Jaguar hearses, fake suicides…we don’t want to give too much away. MoPA presents the ultimate Valentine story set to a Cat Stevens soundtrack, no less. Don’t miss the 1971 cult classic, Harold and Maude, from a seat in MoPA’s theater or as it’s projected along the museum’s atrium wall. Enjoy the vibe. Grab a drink from the bar. Take in the art. Snap a portrait in one of MoPA antique photo booths. Get crafty with interactive projects.

Starring Ruth Gordon, Bud Cort, Vivian Pickles, and Cyril Cusack. Directed by Hal Ashby.

The Big Lebowski

November's POP brings you the Coen brothers cult classic, The Big Lebowski (1998). Jeff Bridges is "Dude" Lebowski, mistaken for millionaire Lebowski in a series of mishaps, punctuated by bungled kidnappings, championship bowling and White Russian drinking. Catch the film either from a seat in MoPA's theater or in the museum's atrium, where it is projected along the wall to view along with a music vibe. Mingle with friends, grab a drink from the bar, take in the art or get crafty with interactive photo-related projects.

Starring Jeff Bridges, John Goodman, Julianne Moore, Steve Buscemi, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and John Turturro. Directed by the Coen Brothers.
